I’m passionate about building opportunities where they’re needed most — in communities, in transport, and in the growing delivery economy. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working across customer service, project management, and community development, and in that journey, I’ve helped: Create 50,000+ jobs through 500 job centers, serving over 1 million job seekers in South Africa. Train and place 500+ delivery drivers with major aggregators like Bolt Foods, Uber Eats, and Mr. D through my company Eazy Way Rides, which I founded in 2021. Partner with municipalities and provincial governments to build job hubs and training programs that improve youth employment access. Today, I serve as National Chairperson of the Informal Economy Development Forum (IEDF), where I work with informal businesses, entrepreneurs, and job seekers to open doors to sustainable opportunities. My mission is simple: to bridge transport, technology, and community development so that people can thrive in the future of work. 🔑 Core strengths: Driver training & last-mile delivery logistics Community development & job creation strategies Customer service & operations management Stakeholder engagement & partnership building Transport innovation & sustainable mobility I believe in creating solutions that empower people — whether that’s helping a young person land their first job, training a driver to join the gig economy, or working with communities to unlock long-term growth.
