City of Baltimore Contract DAS Program (Distributed Antenna System) -Observe and document the construction of DAS Program for wireless communications, to include the installation of PVC conduits, hand-holes, and manholes for fiber and power lines. -Prepare daily IDR's to confirm that the work is performed per drawings, and the City of Baltimore codes and standards. -Communicate with contractors to ensure the legality of the work. -Observe and document permanent restorations to all street cuts, sidewalk cuts, and DAS pole bases to comply with the City of Baltimore standards. -Review drawings for constructability of the work on the job site. -Check the maintenance of traffic (MOT) to keep the work area safe.
