My experience includes team and management skills in the restaurant scene, my time of roughly three years as an Assistant General Manager for Arby’s and partial for Raising Canes management. My tasks followed such as food and truck delivery, scheduling, open/close procedures, team safety, food handling and preparation, maintenance, prep, managing multiple stations and crew themselves, inventory tracking, food costs, etc. I enjoy a fast paced environment while also receiving beneficial training, having room for growth and learning new skill sets, specifically with cooking and food preparation.
