Despite not having formal technical engineering training coming into my role at CSC, I have adapted and learned a great deal in a short amount of time. After gaining SC clearance, I have not only demonstrated my ability to resolve technical issues through both swift learning and logic, but also my talent at integrating into a team. I have shown proficiency in technologies such as Windows Server OS, VMWare, Citrix and Veritas Clustering, along with a high level of competency with the Microsoft Office Suite. In addition to these core proficiencies, I have demonstrated a willingness to undertake a number of projects both in and outside my job role and often outside my scope of knowledge, in order to broaden my skill base and gain a greater understanding of the account that I work on. Such projects have included helming the Wall to Wall Audit Review, and taking ownership of the Server Acceptance with a view to reviewing and improving core processes

  • Work Experience at KW Law LLP

During my placement at KW Law LLP, I was fortunate to gain experience in the field of insolvency. This was invaluable, as it allowed me to broaden my horizons and experience a field of law that I previously had not considered.

  • Work Experience at SGH Martineau LLP

During my week-long work experience placement at Martineau, I shadowed Partner and solicitor Naomi Tudor, gaining experience in the corporate sector of law. I believe that the most important asset that the placement left me with was the improvement of my legal research abilities, along with a deeper understanding of contract law.
