- Predominately based within the Restructuring & Recovery department undertaking Statutory insolvencies and non-statutory business review reports for distressed businesses. - Providing assistance to other advisory lines particularly Transactional Advisory services undertaking Financial due diligence.
- Statutory accounts prepartion for SME and large companies subject to audit. (Prepare & review sets prepared by junior staff) - Managing VAT compliance for Bristol office - Management accounts preparation and analysing variances - Managing portfolio of clients & client relationships including raising bills for partner approval - Training new juniors and providing assistance where required. - Undertake SRA audits - 6 Month Corporate Tax secondment
