A varied generalist background with expertise in Reward, Organisational Design and Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Transformation/Restructuring programmes and Leadership development including Human Resources HR as a result of M&A activity.
I lead an HR team supporting 700+ staff at 10 sites in 4 countries. We partner with the business in the UK and internationally supporting Organisation Design and Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Reward, and Transformation / Restructuring through M&A. I am leading the change for the UK team as we transition to a new, global HR structure.
