- Level 1 and 2 Help Desk support - Managing software and hardware for users around Australia - Helping plan and deploy large scale upgrades, both in a virtual space and new physical bases - Creating user guides to improve customer satisfaction as well as free up staff resources - Travel off site to troubleshoot and manage remote bases unique needs - Work closely with laptops, desktops, phones and tabletsand help manage updates
- Help customers in a timely manner with every effort to provide efficient satisfaction - Be knowledgeable on the great variety of products we supplied and stay abreast of products coming in the future - Deal with unsatisfied customers that regular staff were not equipped to handle - Count and deposit the days final takings - Open and close the shop in the morning or evening - Maintain a high cleanliness and neatness of anything customers could interact with
