• Complete required documentation for Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Compensation claims. • Coordinate on-boarding process, assure all on-boarding requirements are met, administer offers to candidates, and coordinate new hire orientation and community orientation. • Process and approve management timecards; work with department heads to resolve payroll issues. • Responsible for creating and maintaining employee Personnel files. Ensures that all necessary paperwork is obtained, including regulatory and compliance paperwork as well as HR records. • Prepare HR reports, including analyzing data from HRIS system. • Maintain eligibility schedule for employee enrollment in benefits. Schedules meeting with eligible employees to review benefits. • Manage the Leave of Absence process which includes Family Medical Leave Act and WEL’s Personal Leave of Absence.
