Project Manager specialising in Building Management Systems within complex live environments, primarily across Heathrow Airport. I lead the design, upgrade and delivery of BMS projects from early surveys through to commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with client standards, governance and operational constraints. My background is built on a strong mechanical foundation and real-world site delivery experience. I work closely with engineers, IT teams and stakeholders to deliver robust controls solutions using Trend IQ controllers, Niagara platforms and integrated OT and IT infrastructure. Projects typically involve panel installations, network architecture, integration with existing landlord systems and full lifecycle documentation including RAMS, design packs, compliance trackers and O&M manuals. I am particularly focused on quality, standardisation and digital improvement. I build internal tools and workflows to streamline RAMS production, reporting, documentation control and data management. Whether it is automating registers, refining design standards or improving commissioning structure, I am always looking for smarter ways to deliver.
