- Manages events and integrates teams to successfully carry out the event. - Coordinates verbally and in writing with customer the details of an event. Follows up with customer post-event. - Liaison between field sales person and customer through the event sales process. Makes presence known to customer during the event. Is available to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements. - Effectively up-sells throughout event transaction. - Works with catering service team in solving operational challenges. When appropriate, is involved with customer site inspections. - Leads pre-convention meeting for assigned groups.
- Planning the succession and transition of the organization. - Managing two project teams of 26 people including 5 managers to organize 2 international projects. - Projects concerning "Corporate Social Responsibility" and "Cultural Diversity" that reached over 2000 secondary school and university students. - Raising sponsorships and partnerships including Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) Limited.
- Organizing an international conference based on the theme “Activating Green Leaders”, with over 250 international participants. - Reaching 300k local and global people through online media promotion.
- Promoting different packages and products with professional selling techniques. - Managing customer relationships by conducting meetings. - Learning to handle customer complaints and enquiries in well manner. - Regularly updating the sales and marketing plans to meet the changing wedding trends and to maximise the yield generated by Wedding market.
- Organizing exhibition in Wedding Expo. - Assisting wedding planner to plan and organize wedding receptions. - Handling ad-hoc tasks. - Serving as a MC (Emcee) and photographer (Snap-shot) sometimes. - Learning various policies to deal with customers in a moral way.
- Identifying the needs of customers and develop strategies for enterprise accounts - Cold calling to potential customers to explore new business opportunities. - Conducting meetings with local and Mainland China business customers. - Achieve sales revenue targets through servicing of new customers and existing clients - Conducting sales presentations, negotiations and preparation of sales proposals
