On behalf of the headquarters of one of the most important clients, a world leader in the high jewelry and luxury sector, I took part to in replacing the client's ERP and updating production flows, with impacts on the client's global market. As functional consultant, I worked within the streams Master Data, Distribution, Manufacturing and After Sales Services (AFSS) on the following activities: AS-IS process analysis, transitory and target impacts analysis, BPML and Core Model design, BBP, customizing configurations and functional analysis of the interfaces. I worked on over 15 RICEFWs, integrating SAP with external services such as CRM and between SAP R/3 - S/4.
On behalf of one of the most important clients, a world leader in the high jewelry and luxury sector, I carried out at the client's production site the role of PM, taking charge of all the activities in the field of digital transformation & innovation technology. I followed a total of 27 projects of which 18 released, reporting directly to the IT Manager of the production plant. I played a support role to a senior PM for the first 3 months, after that I managed my workload independently. I supervised two teams of 2 and 3 people. I gained technical knowledge in Microsoft PBI and Power Platform by delivering complex automated multi-system reports and developing several No-Code/ Low-Code web-apps integrated with chatbots, with SCARA robots and for continuous improvement, managed with Azure DevOps. I assisted the client with his vision of “people development” and in implementing a digital transformation strategy, also presenting it to the headquarters succeeding in getting the plan approved.
