I lead at the intersection of AI, technology, and enterprise value creation—with a focus on turning transformation into measurable financial outcomes. As Chief Digital & Information Officer at Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), I drive digital, data, AI and cybersecurity strategy for a $10B global firm. My work has contributed to ~20% EPS growth, a 50pp improvement in free cash flow, and a 1.5x reduction in net debt by aligning technology investment to operating leverage, cost discipline, and margin performance. But transformation at scale is not a technology problem, it’s a culture and operating model challenge. From the office of the CDIO, I’ve built a model that prioritizes transparency, curiosity, and radical cross-functional collaboration and co-creation re-wiring how teams make decisions, deploy AI, and execute. This has enabled an environment for high velocity of change deeply alignment with business outcome. I bring a strong governance lens, having co-chaired the Enterprise Investment & Risk Committee and advising the Board 2–3x annually on cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise risk. I’ve also led digital strategy through IPO readiness and M&A integration, accelerating value capture and reducing integration timelines by 60%. I’m particularly interested in public company board, private equity portfolio, and growth-stage advisory roles, where I can contribute to capital allocation, AI strategy, cybersecurity oversight, and transformation that delivers durable enterprise value.

As CIO, my team and I serve as technology partners to our C&W Services colleagues to increase productivity and efficiency, while delivering industry-leading technologies to our clients. We’re moving away from ‘corporate IT’ and truly embedding ourselves into the business to identify opportunities for technology improvement from business intelligence and implementation of top industry platforms to service delivery and training. This allows us to tie our priorities to those of the business and seamlessly weave technology into the business strategy. Leveraging 15-plus years of experience delivering major regional and global programs, I am able to identify opportunities in myriad processes to incrementally increase our team’s ability to focus on service delivery and client satisfaction. Using our immense data sets, we enable C&W Services and our clients to make key decisions through using data visualization and analytics tools in a proactive manner.
