Prepared lessons according to the course outline to convey all required material and deepen students understanding of the subject matter. Collected data and academic literature on the corporate consolidation of our food system through collaboration with the team to develop strategic campaign plans including long- and short-term goals, strategies and tactics. Maintained familiarity with a diverse set of issues and research products, and respond to information requests from activists, coalition members, policymakers and media. Write research and grant proposals related to research in international food exports and imports and monitored proposals through to completion.
