Voted as 23rd best out of 50 Best Hotels in 2024. - Welcome the guest to the hotel upon their arrival. - Proceed with the Check-in / Check-Out - Follow up with Housekeeping regarding the room status - Cut keys for arrival and store them accordingly to procedure / if required print registration card & itinerary - Study of itineraries, Guest Profiles and Preferences for arrivals for the day - Review reservations in arrival and due out - Review billing for guests on due out. - Create Cases according to guest's feedback & Inform the assistant front office managers. - Ensure there are no open folios

Responsibilities: - First Suite Butler Team in the whole Bvlgari Hotel & Resort Group. - Ensure all amenities are placed in the suite before the arrival as well as to inspect the room. - Doing in-room check-in and check-out accordingly to the LQA standards. - Doing packing and unpacking of luggage. - Updating the guest profile in Opera and scanning the passports of the guest in Vicas. - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the suite is cleaned daily for Morning/ Turn Down Service - Arrange transportation for guest when needed to different locations in Dubai. - Making restaurant reservations for guest and any other reservation that is requested. - Personal shopper for guest.
Responsibilities: - Ensure amenities are placed in the villa, - Doing in-room check-in and check-out. - Updating the guest profile in Opera and scanning the passports of the guest in Vicas - Coordinate with housekeeping, gardeners, pool cleaners, and Engineering to ensure the villa is clean - Arrange transportation for guest when needed to different locations in Dubai. - Taking Breakfast/Lunch/ Dinner orders and to set the table according to the standards and serving the food. - Anticipate the needs/ requests the guests have.
