I am an individual with a stronger work ethic and passion to serve myself with the best of my skills. My previous experience at Sir Syed University taught me communication skills which helped me a lot through the journey. My passion for learning new technologies led me to study Front-end Development at Kenzie Academy where I’m learning Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REACT) and have knowledge of languages like C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. I’m excited to continue to grow my skills as a Front-end Developer and many more roles if offered.
- Focus on Quality assurance and responsibilities include allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center. - Help and support the Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed. - Maintain inventory levels including storage and procurement. Troubleshoot thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals and responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems that an associate encounter with inventory; including printing ASIN labels, damage out products, and adding expiration dates to food and health products. - Resolve issues in a timely manner. Use Excel to track problem-solve issues efficiently and accurately.
