● Engage with assembly lines, parts division, battery manufacturing to get network requirement. Design and architect advanced L2/L3 solutions meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. ● Architect IPSEC-VPN using Cisco 5520 and 5585 firewalls for 4 new showrooms. ● Involve with older shops and add/configure new Juniper EX 4300 switches to enhance system behavior. ● Enrich application security by implementing Security Policies in PA-3400 firewalls. ● Troubleshoot Level 3/4 issues in entire factory and provide resolution. ● Provide training and write tech notes for improving team’s knowledge.
● Architect and implement newer LAN site where Cisco 9200 switches (Layer 2) and 4400 routers (L3) are added. ● Design and deploy WLAN Solution using 5505 WLAN Controller, AirLap1024N(APs) and Cisco 3750 switches. ● Performed interoperability testing between Cisco 5505 and Palo Alto PA-3060 FW and observed successful results. IPSEC solution was added at another site. ● Collaborate with Application Team to review HTTPS application. Install X.509 certificate, check SSL messages between client and server but found issues. Instruct SSL team for message correction. ● Provide briefings to City Mayor and Council Members on designs, solutions and upgrade projects.
● Tested python automation solution (namely as netgram) with Juniper routers. The netgram software automates device configuration by fetching a patch panel (gaudi) first, selecting best router (meteroid), reserving router ports (juniper), pushing configuration template (config push), and verifying ports configuration (verify-config) method.
● Met new customers and understood their concerns in SD-WAN journey. Architected SD-WAN solutions meeting customer requirements, expectations and budget constraints. ● Redesigned SD-WAN setup by adding feature/config-change resulted in excellent network behavior. ● Observed VM selling opportunities during cloud (AWS/Azure) migrations and sold 67 new devices ● Upsold Advanced Services (deal) to 15 banking and 7 law firms resulting in increased company revenue. Also sold Focused Technical Support (package) to 8 Insurance and 5 Bio-Tech companies. ● Participated in customers bi-weekly Operations’ Meeting for reviewing their open cases. Escalated issues with both TAC and Engineering resulted in quicker available fix. ● Validated solutions in Consulting SE lab containing 70 Edge Connect (VM) and 15 EC (physical) devices.
