As a wellness enthusiast, I've studied plant-based nutrition, meditation, yoga and mindfulness and founded both Fed for Wellness and Sally Jane Douglas Wellness Coaching. With an understanding of the demands of a career one cares about, coupled with the pressures and demands of everyday life, I work with people experiencing stress and overwhelm to achieve a renewed sense of self and the ability to enjoy work, family and social lifestyle.
