Coach the under 10s last year and this year 2023 I was the coach for the under 12s girl team. I enjoyed this as I love coaching and watching them develop there skills
I worked on the pilot plant r&d team. I helped with trial activities and also took part in mpc heat stability testing and quality system in the pilot plant
I worked in the packaging area where I had to work on the FOSS and work under pressure to ensure I got every sample of product produced tested on the FOSS and to report back to managers if there was an issue. I had to look over every label being used that day to ensure all the correct criteria was on them. I had to take every 30mins test on the packaging to ensure they are correct and do daily pH and swabbing checks on the lines. I worked in the lab also for a bit so preparing Petri dishes with samples collected from the boning hall to be incubated to check for micro the next day
