(CUCM, CUPS, UCCX, CUC, IM&Presence, VGw, CUBE, SRST, CUCMEx, Cluster, High availability, Redundancy) • Implementation of the structure of Cisco Telepresence Systems. ( VCS (Control-Expressway), TMS, TMSXE, MCU, TCS, Expressway E&C, Collaboration Edge, SSO, Clustering, Webex(Admin-IRP), Jabber, C & EX & MX & DX series endpoints ) • Implementation, Integration, Migration and Upgrading the structure of the Cisco Unified Communications Cluster on different platform. ( Virtual Machine, Appliance(UCS Series), Cloud) • Configuration, Installation, Integration, Technical Documentation, Troubleshooting, Inspecting and Fixing all of Cisco Unified Communication and Telepresence Systems problems.
