Raised and educated in the US, I moved to Dubai in 2008. I worked at a private practice for several years, and in 2011 I founded The LightHouse Arabia with the intention to make a positive impact on the mental health of individuals and families living in this region. I often hear people say, “I will be okay. Time heals all wounds.” But it isn't time that heals wounds. It's actually accepting that you have emotional issues and confronting them that starts the healing process. It’s my life goal to work with individuals to help them address the challenges that face them -- and to be a guide for them on the inner journey towards wholeness and authentic happiness.
