I was a Finance & HR Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience across both finance and people operations. I supported daily finance activities by processing purchase and sales invoices, reconciling supplier statements, managing petty cash, and assisting with VAT and month-end reporting. Alongside this, I supported the HR team by maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and assisting managers with day-to-day HR tasks. I regularly managed multiple inboxes, responded to stakeholder queries, and helped organise tenders, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and clear communication.
