He went on to work in the SaaS software industry where he led high performing sales teams at Xactly Corporation, Outcome Health, Conga, Tethr and Domuso. Matt prides himself on having a team-first mentality and always goes above and beyond to help colleagues and customers. Matt graduated from Winona State University in Minnesota. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. He currently resides in the Madison Wisconsin area with his wife and their four boys.
