Most people see complexity as a problem to manage. I see it as the point where real strategy starts. I work with organisations, institutions, startups, and founders who need to move from idea to execution — entering a new market, applying for EU funding, building a business development strategy, creating partnerships, or turning a broad vision into a clear and fundable programme. My work is practical. I help clients understand where they are, what opportunities are realistic, what risks they need to consider, and what steps to take next. I support them in building the strategy, structuring the project, preparing the logic, identifying partners, developing funding narratives, and creating documents that decision-makers, investors, institutions, and funding bodies can take seriously. This applies whether an organisation has a strong idea but does not yet know how to shape it, a founder wants to expand but needs a clear market entry strategy, or a company wants to apply for EU funding but needs someone who understands both the technical content and the strategic story. My background is not conventional, and that is one of my strengths. Field research in conflict-affected environments, cross-border business operations across 15 markets, EU innovation programme development. The result is an ability to hold technical, political, financial, commercial, and institutional logic at the same time — and connect them into one coherent direction. For the right organisation, that combination makes a real difference.
