Handle incoming telephone calls for BMO Mutual Funds, Term Products & other personal investing products in an informed, professional & efficient manner; Advise and develop client portfolios ensuring it meets the client's investment objectives; Assist in business development and other administrative matters; Accept and process purchase & sale orders in accordance with approved procedures and in compliance with Security Commission regulations; Refer the more difficult technical issues pertaining to investor relations and investment needs to the Team Leader.
