I've spent 20 years in biopharma doing the parts of the job I find most interesting: building things and launching them. More than 10 product launches across oncology, vaccines, and rare disease. Teams that ranged from a handful of people to large, distributed organizations. The work was different each time; the goal was pretty much the same — figure out how to turn clinical promise into something that actually reaches patients. I'm currently the US General Manager for Pfizer Vaccines. The portfolio spans COVID-19, pneumococcal, RSV — vaccines that have been around for decades and ones that are still being defined. A lot of my job is figuring out how to make a strong public health case in an environment where trust is hard-won and politics are always in the room. Before this, I ran Oncology Customer Engagement, led US Oncology Sales, and spent years on the global pediatric pneumococcal franchise. I've worked in breast cancer, hematology oncology, and early commercial planning. I genuinely like the variety. I also represent Pfizer on the Healthcare Leadership Council, where the problems are harder and slower-moving.
