Organizing and coordinating international training programs: NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, HNC, HID, PPTC. Briefly I was responsible for following: conduction of SHL testing & competency based interview with 350 candidates (university graduates) for KPO OPITO Technicians Project; preparation and constant review of training materials; ensuring proper classroom arrangements; work with tutor travel, accommodation and visa arrangements (where necessary); registering students and completing application forms in accordance with policy and procedures; work with delegate exam papers (timely shipment of exam papers for marking and verification, arrange English translation where necessary); dealing with delegate certification stage (receiving of exam results, informing students on their results, administration of certification ceremony); preparing information for Cost Control and Invoicing Specialist to ensure proper invoicing.
