I am Salar, a Baku-based Data Scientist and AI Engineer, focused on building AI-first, data-driven digital ecosystems that turn organizations into smart, scalable, and automated systems. My work spans utilities, finance, mobility, and services, where I design and orchestrate modular AI-powered platforms using tools such as Firebase, Retool, DataRobot, n8n, and other modern stacks. I take an AI-native, systems-thinking approach to problem solving: making best use of best-in-class technologies available, connecting them seamlessly through agentic automation, and augmenting human decision-making; without necessarily reinventing the wheel. The goal is clear and practical: reduce friction, save time and resources, and accelerate business outcomes through well-governed, modern intelligent systems that endure and solve real problems efficiently. In practice, this has meant designing end-to-end organizational governance systems- from data architecture and automation logic to performance intelligence and executive decision layers. I specialize in turning vague, unstructured problems into clear, scalable solutions that decision-makers can understand and act on with as minimal interaction as possible. This is where I operate best: at the intersection of data, AI, operations, and strategy. I continuously push my boundaries to stay ahead in AI, data science, and agentic automation, committed to shaping how organizations think about AI-first transformation, not just tool adoption. I value decisive execution and clarity of thought (the Harvey Specter mindset), while designing systems with long-term structure, foresight, and scalability (the Hari Seldon mindset). I like to think of my AI tools and data stack as an “army” I coordinate- much like my role model Simón Bolívar: aligned, disciplined, and focused on building systems that endure and create harmony. Apart from my role as a Data Scientist and AI Technologist, I serve as the Assistant to the Honorary Consul General of Bangladesh in Azerbaijan- so when AI and data systems are not on my mind, diplomacy and political science often are.
