I've spent the last four years inside the operational engine room of healthcare organisations, the billing queues, the claims data, and the reporting systems leadership relies on to know whether things are actually working. At AfyA Care, I led healthcare data operations and revenue cycle management across 7 branches, with direct oversight of a 6-person billing team and operational influence across a department of 40+. My team reviewed and approved 200+ invoices monthly, and I served as the final compliance check on every refund before it reached finance.
