Experienced Senior Desktop Technician with extensive hands-on background supporting enterprise endpoints, managing device lifecycles, and delivering high-quality end-user support. Specialties include endpoint configuration and management, imaging and deployment, hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintaining reliable workstation performance across diverse environments. Current responsibilities include managing Active Directory accounts and Group Policy, deploying and updating systems via SCCM, administering Microsoft 365 clients, and providing remote and in-person resolution of complex desktop and application issues. Tasks also cover patch management, VPN connectivity troubleshooting, BitLocker and drive encryption support, and system hardening to maintain stable, compliant endpoints. I’m currently seeking opportunities as a SOC Analyst (Tier 1), Cybersecurity Analyst, or IAM/Endpoint Security professional, where I can contribute to protecting enterprise systems and supporting security operations.
