Award-winning Senior HEOR & HTA expert with well over a decade of experience in value demonstration, market access, and health economic evidence generation for global pharma, biotechs, hospitals, and healthcare organizations in Finland and the Nordics. Skilled at developing, localizing and communicating value evidence - ranging from cost-effectiveness and decision analytic models to data analytics and real-world outcomes, and from payer dossiers to scientific publications. Having contributed to over 120 client and research projects, I bring experience in delivering evidence-based insights and effective stakeholder communication to enable better decision-making. During my time at ESiOR, my key contributions have included: • Delivering evidence-based insights and strategic guidance for over 100 client projects across pharmaceuticals, health tech, biotech, hospitals, public sector, and consulting partners, enhancing evidence-based decision-making for ~30 organizations. • Developing or significantly improving decision analytic models (including 35+ health economic models) significantly elevating client outcomes and operational efficiency. • Playing a pivotal role in 40+ pharmaceutical HTA submissions (Finland, Nordics, Estonia), achieving a 95%+ success rate for reimbursement and market access. • Supporting RWE study design and implementation, and synthetizing findings for effective and impactful dissemination. • Demonstrating ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, including HTA bodies and other decision makers.
