During my internship at Daikibo, I analyzed employee compensation data across multiple global factories, including Tokyo, Osaka, Berlin, and Shenzhen, to assess pay equality. I processed large datasets in Excel and created calculated classifications to identify fair, unfair, and highly discriminative compensation patterns. Using logical formulas, I summarized complex numerical data into actionable insights. I also produced reports and visual summaries that highlighted disparities by job role and location, supporting data-driven decision-making. This experience provided hands-on exposure to data cleaning, formula creation, classification logic, and business reporting.
