Worked here as an Account Lead in Marketing and Merchandising, looking after USA business part for Sweater cluster, and also involved during the set-up of Active-wear business in SQ. Defining my Job Responsibilities will be like - For Active-wear - - Initially plan for a new Business Unit (Active Wear) considering Budget Plan, Structure, Development plan, Manpower allocation, Capacity Buildup, and strategical target set up. - Setting up customer base considered our capabilities. - Setting up supplier base considered the Customer Base. - Build up our own collection and following up with the current Market Trend to approach customers. - Prepare business forecast and strategies for several buying accounts considering Factory capacity. - Prepare and Communicate with customers to implement those plans accordingly. - Lead the PDD & Supply Chain team to execute the orders. For Sweater - - Develop US base customer group to have a better customer mix in the cluster. - Build up and lead the team for particular customer. - Setting up customer/brand wise strategy to support management/board for planning in long-run.
