I am a problem-solving–driven Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional with experience building high-performance teams across advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and deep-tech ecosystems. Currently, at Agratas (Tata Group), I lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the R&D function in India, supporting the development of NMC and LFP lithium-ion cell technologies. Previously, at Reliance Infrastructure, I managed leadership and specialized hiring for lithium-ion cell manufacturing for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
