I am an operating executive with more than two decades of experience partnering with private equity and venture capital investors to scale, transform, and exit technology enabled businesses. My work sits at the intersection of growth strategy, operational discipline, and capital alignment, helping investor backed companies move from inflection point to enterprise value realization. As CEO of a digital recruitment marketplace, I led a multi year transformation that expanded the company from a regional platform into a nationally scaled business serving employers across the United States. The company achieved sustained profitability, expanded its platform reach across all states, and completed both a management led transaction and a successful asset exit. Throughout this period I led strategy, P&L management, capital allocation, and organizational scaling while aligning leadership incentives with investor outcomes. Earlier in my career, I helped lead the turnaround of a SaaS HR technology company, scaling revenue, rebuilding market credibility, and supporting venture capital investment that positioned the business for accelerated growth. I have also worked within venture-backed startups to define product-market fit, structure go-to-market frameworks, and build strategic partnerships that accelerate market entry. Prior to my operating roles, I spent several years in leadership positions at global talent technology companies including CareerBuilder and Monster Worldwide, where I developed strategic alliance ecosystems and enterprise partnerships with major technology platforms. These initiatives expanded distribution, strengthened product integration across enterprise software systems, and generated significant new revenue channels. In addition to operating leadership, I bring international board governance experience as Chairman and President of a U.S. based nonprofit organization that operates American schools in Morocco. In this role I work closely with board leadership and executive teams to oversee strategy, financial stewardship, accreditation standards, and long term institutional growth across multiple campuses serving a diverse international community. During my career, I have operated across the full lifecycle of growth companies from early-stage capital formation to scaling operations, strategic partnerships, recapitalization, and exit. I am particularly drawn to situations where strong leadership, disciplined execution, and investor alignment can unlock the next phase of growth for technology businesses.
