Leading and overseeing the implementation of quality standards across all phases of data center construction project for Tuna Campus. Managing quality assurance/control processes, coordinating with General contractor, OFCI vendors and stakeholders, tracking snag and issues for timely resolution. Ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards to support timely and defect-free project delivery.
Support delivery of a wide range of Microsoft Data Center (DC) Construction Projects and implement DC project procedures and use good practices to ensure that all procedures are always observed including OFCI planning, management and coordination including quality control and assurance. Assist the implementation of all key project processes to support the project’s delivery and monitor these processes, reporting, risk management, and making recommendations to the client team. Take regular site walks to promote and observe safety and control project progress, civil works quality controls ,report and track any corrective actions through to timely completion. Work with appointed General Contractor and 14 specialist project subcontractors to ensure correct work methods and installation requirements are adhered to and ensure that appropriate method statements are in place and signed off by the relevant parties in advance of installation. Where possible and if required engage with and advice the client design team on vendor equipment related elements. Attend various factory tests (FWT and FAT) and have regular visits to off site manufacturing plants to ensure quality control measures are implemented and inspect equipment prior to shipping. The role will also involve working closely with client’s different vendors to ensure on time delivery and installation of project critical plant and equipment. The typical Equipment involved in data center construction are Generators, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear. BAS, EPMS, AHUs, UPS).
Lead project team and coordinate project activities with General Contractor (GC), stakeholders, and sub-contractors at data center campus construction and development projects and provide technical support to project team. Support day-to-day Data Center industry construction activities and ensure all applicable Site / project safety procedures are fully and properly implemented Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project work, ensuring that key actions are taken on time to resolve issues as required in coordination with General Contractor and client. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and providing update to GC and client. Project planning and works breakdown scheduling in close coordination with GC & stakeholders. Active participation in the day-to-day health and safety management, as well as safety auditing Procurement, purchasing and shipment of construction materials for the data centre project.
Plan and manage construction projects and provide technical inputs during the construction phase (project preparation, technical assessment, design review, cost estimation, and site construction services including solar power design, economic analysis, and its implementation management). Coordination of project operation and implementation and undertake review and analyze new project feasibility, economic and risk analysis Regular technical meetings with project teams ensuring project quality and documentation, new technical solutions, monitoring including projects financial and budget management Plan and organize new project docs and its processes to set goals and update project schedules. Lead and guide team on construction material purchases for the project and lead project logistic with the project teams Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, team managers and key team members of project team. Provide support on the project's financial follow-up with forecasts, reports and follow-up against budget and goals. Manage communication between team and partners through regular meetings and written communication.
Providing hydraulic and hydrological analysis for river infrastructure. Large hydropower planning, construction and feasibility studies, dam failure analysis and safety, Hydraulic engineering and river basin development, sediment and morphology, flood risk management, climate resilience infra, transboundary river management, EIA, irrigation, water harvesting infrastructure planning and design in different part of the world. Providing project management, business acquisition, procurement and contract management support using various modality mainly FIDIC contract system. Preparation of EOIs, technical proposal and related procurement paper works for consultancy services.
