Key Responsibilities: • Conducting secondary data analysis of Trinity Winchester's administrative service records to identify patterns in service usage, presenting needs, and outcomes across, mental health, housing, substance use, wellbeing, and domestic violence • Adapting the AKTP data framework for real world application within Trinity Winchester's service model, using R for statistical analysis and data cleaning • Designing and developing a validated data collection toolkit for frontline staff, including guidance documents, templates, and reporting frameworks • Coordinating stakeholder engagement with Trinity Winchester's frontline staff and leadership team to co-design the framework and ensure practical usability • Supporting ethics applications (ERGO II, University of Southampton) and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data governance requirements through a formal Data-Sharing Agreement • Contributing to dissemination activities through the HCoP, a network of 430+ practitioners, researchers, and policymakers Key Deliverables: • Validated data framework and analytical toolkit for Trinity Winchester • Final project report submitted to FELS/HEIF • Dissemination event and resources shared with HCoP and wider sector
