His experience spans in several international roles and locations, transforming organizations at both strategic and operational levels. He is currently heading the Thailand Manufacturing Operations for Motorcycle tires at Continental, a leading automotive supplier and technology company. In his current role, he is responsible for ramping up the greenfield site, establishing a solid operational excellence and paving the way for the future success of the manufacturing site. He leverages his experience to drive efficiency, quality and organizational development in the tire manufacturing domain.

With this role elevation, I am hereby managing all the Engineering aspects in the tire manufacturing plant of Continental at Modipuram. The scope includes, all capital investments, all equipment maintenance and all facilities maintenance with which I am responsible for a team of 50 engineers including 6 senior managers in the plant. In these challenging times for the industry, my main focus is to turn around the culture in the department towards being more efficient by improving the ongoing processes, investing strongly on people development both technical & leadership and bringing in the required transparency to operate as one cohesive force.
