My KRA is exxplained below : My role starts with the kick-off meeting in which system study is done which is called as CRP( Conference Room Pilot). In the CRP we discuss the BRD( Business Require Documents followed by the gap analysis. In the gap analysis we do the following working : 1. Analysis the current business process by asking the documentation. 2.Indentify the ares of improvement. 3.Define the end goals. Based on that Documentation process starts and SOP's are created on which sign-off is taken from the customer. After the points finalisation interaction with the development team starts in which how to implement the changes are discussed without hampering the existing working of the application. Development is monitored at every level and review/testing is done.After successfull testing deployment process starts in which Implementation/ trainings are initiated. Trainings are done with the end users as well as Key user for each and every department.Once all the points are delivered as per the document the project is considered as completed and post live support starts.
I am heading a team of 15 members which assist me in reviewing and analysing the client’s business operations and processes and recommending improvements.
I was working as ERP technical consultant. My roles was to determine clients' business needs and develop customized ERP solutions, and smoothly integrate ERP applications with existing infrastructure. Making SOP for the customer to help them have controlled working structure.
