Job Responsibilities Commissioning hydrogen fuel cells systems daily from 24 to 80 volts ensuring full compliance with technical protocol. Executed comprehensive performance testing on load banks, verifying hardware and software integrity and conducting system pressure test prior to delivery. Performed complex maintenance and repairs, including stack and battery replacements for underperforming or faulty units to restore optimal power output. Led system retrofitting initiatives and maintain meticulous technical documentations to ensure safety and quality standards were met throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborated with cross functional teams to troubleshoot system defects and provide technical support for operational and maintenance inquiries. Visiting customer sites for installations commissioning and repair.

Maintained high system uptime by performing rigorous hardware testing and cleaning, coordinated complex off-site repairs for units requiring advanced diagnostics. Making comprehensive technical reports for all on -site activities, documenting system performance and safety compliance to support long term maintenance planning. Performed scheduled preventive maintenance and battery cell exchanges to extend hardware lifecycle. Provided technical guidance to customers and field technicians regarding operational maintenance and best practices. Visited customer sites for on site support and to perform end-to -end installation, commission and repairs.
