Served as a Project Management Trainee in the Compact Hydro Department at Andritz Hydro. During my tenure, actively participated in departmental meetings with both international and national clients. Gained hands-on experience with ERP SAP software and coordinated with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department for vendor procurement and material dispatch to hydro power plant sites. Additionally, collaborated closely with the Production, Quality, Design, and Store departments.
Completed an internship at Tafe Motors and Tractors Ltd. During the internship, I trained in the Quality Department and undertook a project to reduce in-house rejection PPM. By thoroughly observing the entire production line, I identified ways to minimize rejection using the 5S technique and Fishbone diagram. Additionally, I designed a tool trolley to reduce the setup time for the Gear Hobbing Machine.
Completed a four-week summer internship at HMT Ltd. The training was divided into four areas: Foundry, Small Parts Shop, Heavy Parts Shop, and the Design Department. Gained hands-on experience with the casting process in the foundry, observed the manufacturing of CNC, VMC, HMC, and Turret machines in the parts shops, and observed the design of respective components in the Design Department.
