Carried out root cause analysis of Fitment, Appearance, Functional defects of the vehicle. Troubleshooting on line Quality problem through expert suggestion and solution. Responsible for defect free vehicle delivery to achieve zero customer complaints, To ensure vehicle quality. PDI Inspection of vehicle. Conduct the audit of suppler parts. Analysis of market claim which comes because of supplier product NG. Handle the customer complaint and take a corrective action.
