- Managed complete Sales MIS, including daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, pivot-based reports, tracker automation, and accuracy validation. - Built and maintained Excel dashboards (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) to support management decisions. - Led the setup and configuration of Bitrix24 CRM, and coordinated Farvision ERP implementation across departments. - Provided end-to-end IT support, including hardware & software troubleshooting, system upgrades, and network-related issue resolution. - Trained internal teams on CRM usage, data handling, cybersecurity awareness, and process compliance. - Coordinated with external vendors for cloud telephony, IT services, and product integrations.
