Mr. Sahil Gupta is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, pursued B.A. LL.B Honors, 5-Year Integrated course at the Amity Law School, Noida. He is a highly detailed scholar with distinguished research, drafting, organization, and leadership skills along with the propensity to effectively prioritize simultaneous responsibilities within time limits. With regard to his practicum experience, he has interned under Supreme Court advocate, High Court advocate, non-governmental organizations, corporate firm and public-private research blogs. He has got research papers published in International & National journals. Also, his chapters are published in various books. He is member of Tribal Rights Forum to serve for different tribal groups across India. With regard to his experience in holding position of responsibilities, he has been class representative from first semester onwards. He has served as student editor for various books, and journals. Add to this, he has been student convener to few of the mega events of his college including Symposium, Udhbhav at Amity Youth Fest and many seminars, webinars and workshops at his college. Mr. Sahil Gupta is presently endeavoring to advance his professional apprenticeship as a Legal Intern/Trainee in a Corporate milieu (specifically w.r.t Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Act and ADR).
