Leading full life-cycle of the recruiting process: • Sourcing using social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn • Conduct in-person and telephone interviews • Manage various channels for posting jobs, including job boards, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. • Working closely with hiring managers, interviewers and employees • Responsible for recruitment at both Israeli sites, Yokneam and Tel Aviv Welfare: • Built annual welfare plan, management of welfare budget and ongoing work with external suppliers • Planning and executing company-wide event productions, including fun days, celebrations, happy hours, holidays and other wellbeing activities
