Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
I lead enterprise transformation strategy, operating model design, and business process re-engineering, advising C-suite executives and executive committees across Saudi Arabia's energy, banking, government and private sectors. The work spans Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Saudi Aramco, GE, and Al Rajhi Bank, national-scale Vision 2030 initiatives, and the CEO office of King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, where I first learned how decisions are made at the top of large institutions. Most recently: a newly appointed General Manager and four directors advised through executive transition at a leading Saudi financial institution. I help leaders interpret transformation, elevate decision quality, and operate with maturity in complex systems. Rooted in Riyadh. Built for the Vision 2030 decade. Open to Director-plus mandates within giga-projects, sovereign entities, and major corporates driving Vision 2030 outcomes.
