Oversee and lead the company’s strategic direction, business operations, and overall growth initiatives. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client hiring goals across multiple domains and locations. Manage end-to-end staffing and placement operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. Supervise and guide recruitment teams, ensuring effective performance, training, and motivation. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence in India and overseas. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and client requirements. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Represent the company at industry events, business meetings, and client presentations. Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and excellence within the organization.
Perform Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, Re-testing, and Cross-Browser Testing across web and mobile platforms. Design, prepare, and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrices (RTM) based on business requirements. Conduct Manual Testing for Web, iOS, and Android applications. Work in Agile (Scrum) methodology — attending daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify, log, and track software bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, and TestRail. Prepare Test Summary Reports (TSR) and ensure test coverage aligns with project scope. Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and validate fixes. Perform UI, Compatibility, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality. Conduct API Testing using Postman and basic Database Testing for backend validation. Mentor junior QA team members and ensure consistent testing standards across projects.
Conduct Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, and UI Testing for web and mobile applications. Design, write, and execute Test Cases for multiple projects using black-box testing techniques. Participate in bug identification, reporting, and verification throughout the project lifecycle. Work with developers to analyze, reproduce, and validate defects. Test E-commerce, CRM, and Event Management systems for functionality and performance. Conduct Cross-Browser and Compatibility Testing for consistent user experience. Perform Mobile Application Testing for Android and iOS platforms.
