My role involves developing novel analysis methodologies to glean insights from geospatial datasets, utilizing deep learning algorithms with NVIDIA's GPUs to extract valuable information from climate data with satellite and aerial imagery. One of my key responsibilities is leading the development of AI features integrated into the Orbica GIS Cloud platform, facilitating seamless workflows for GIS and Data Scientists alike. This involves creating innovative solutions and products for climate and sustainability, GIS Studio etc. Additionally, I actively participate in pre-technical sales activities, engaging in ideation sessions and collaborating with clients to tailor GenAI solutions to their specific needs. I am accomplishing my research work with the Earth and Environment department of the University of Canterbury. I have been developing spatial-temporal Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) to understanding mesoscale warming anomalies in Antarctica and finding correlations of different attributes with warming events like flood, ice shelf melting, and cyclone events.
