• Project planning using MSP & monitoring • SAP project creation & tracking along with monthly delay analysis & other planning reports • Creating & managing milestones • Project co-ordination with external consultants to have GFC drawings issuance within deadlines • Techno-commercial analysis for special projects & special construction technologies • Analysis for finalizing contracts for new projects & finalizing construction strategies • Interact with all HODs in head office & resolve any loopholes in co-ordination • Assist projects team in smoother execution by resolving all office related support
• Preparing database for clientele and generating leads • Follow ups with new clients to generate business for Project Management Consultancy as well as design build solutions for interior fit outs • Preparing proposals, LOI and filling up tenders / BOQ for turnkey basis projects • Single point contact with clients (end to end) right from project planning and execution till handing over & completion
Project: Sports Complex including 400 m running track, a covered swimming pool, shooting range, gymnasium hall and other outdoor stadiums. (Following all international standards) Duties: Planning and total work site management, Labor and material inventory control, meetings with all clients to finalize all the architectural, RCC as well as other service drawings
