I am a higher education leader, researcher, and practitioner with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship education, strategic management, and innovation policy. My research focuses on entrepreneurial well-being, gender and entrepreneurship, family business succession, and digital transformation in SMEs. I have published widely in leading journals such as "Small Business Economics", "Technological Forecasting & Social Change", and "Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management". I also serve as a consultant to national organizations like the National eLearning Center, TALEMIA, and the Royal Institution of Traditional Arts, where I design and evaluate entrepreneurship education initiatives tailored to youth, artisans, and women entrepreneurs. I’m passionate about inclusive, evidence-based entrepreneurship development and have contributed to shaping national policies and programs through multiple consultancy roles and high-impact research projects. As a certified entrepreneurship educator, I actively collaborate with stakeholders in academia, industry, and government to promote innovation, sustainability, and empowerment in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
