As a Growth Operations Executive, I oversee daily growth operations, closely monitoring restaurant campaign additions and cancellations. I manage restaurant promotions while continuously optimizing performance through data analysis of new campaigns. By creating and executing A/B test plans, I contribute to campaign optimization and regularly compile performance reports. Working closely with sales managers and representatives, I understand team needs and align campaigns accordingly. Collaborating with the product and technology team, I enhance operational efficiency and track sales-related improvements. I also work closely with the marketing team to accurately communicate campaign needs and manage partnership campaigns. I manage in-app areas to attract customers and increase conversion, generating new ideas for these areas. Additionally, I collaborate with teams in other Getir verticals to manage common in-app areas' operations and plan the team's work while managing processes effectively.
